We offer targeted professional development, training, and coaching for educators and service providers to use data to improve student and client outcomes. As former educators, our forte is in designing and facilitating face-face and virtual workshops for educators and services providers to use data to improve their practice. 

Project highlights:

• US Department of Education REL- Appalachia, Kentucky Post-Secondary Transitions

We conduct organizational equity audits, trainings and workshops, and coaching for organizational leaders, service providers, and educators to inculcate an equity mindset. Our staff are certified facilitators and trainers focused on expanding organizational belonging, collaboration, and effectiveness to improve outcomes.

We offer professional development, training, and coaching for leaders, educators, and service providers to improve instructional practices and organizational leadership skills. With expertise in motivation theory and mindfulness, our forte is in facilitating workshops to support effective leadership, teaching, and learning.
