We offer targeted professional development, training, and coaching for educators and service providers to use data to improve student and client outcomes. As former educators, our forte is in designing and facilitating face-face and virtual workshops for educators and services providers to use data to improve their practice.

• Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitation Services, Data Quality Analysis

We conduct policy reviews and data audits, create logic models and strategic plans, and provide training and coaching on business development, data infrastructure, and organizational effectiveness. Our staff are certified facilitators and trainers focused on organizational development and sustainment.

With expertise in motivation and learning frameworks, our forte is in facilitating workshops to support effective leadership, teaching, and learning.
