Working with Westat and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) at the US Department of Education, we created three research compendia covering more than a decade of research and development projects, categorizing and synthesizing nearly 600 projects funded by the National Center for Education Research (NCER) and National Center for Special Education Research (NCSER). The compendia each focused, respectively, on Educational Technology, Mathematics and Science, and Social/Behavioral Research.
Our expertise in policy analysis is holistic and systematic. We partner with clients to create logic models, identify problem statements and context, and conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses to understand implementation and the impact of policies.
Working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, we conducted an 18 state landscape analysis on college readiness. This work was done to help inform the implementation of the College Readiness Indicator Systems.
